Step one: First off, you need to launch the Google Search from your home screen. After that, hit your profile at the top left corner of the screen to proceed
Step two: Next up, scroll down a little bit and tap on Search Settings under the Privacy section
Step three: On the next screen, you simply need to tap on Filter explicit results under the SafeSearch Filters section. Once you are done, just simply hit the Save button to confirm your action.
Once you are done, Google Search will stop displaying sensitive contents while you are searching for something on Google. If you change your mind, you simply need to repeat the above process and select Show most relevant results under the SafeSearch Filters section.
