Emergency SOS feature has been around since the days of iOS 10. As its name implies, the feature allows you to call emergency services or contacts in different locations without knowing the local emergency service phone number. This is a great feature, as it allows you to get immediate help when you are in emergency situations.

In this step-by-step guide, we will go through the steps to add emergency contacts to iOS 11’s emergency SOS feature. How to add contacts to emergency SOS feature in iOS 11
Step one: First off, you need to launch the Settings app from your home screen and then hit Emergency SOS to proceed
Step two: Next up, you simply tap on Set up Emergency Contacts in Heath to bring up the Heath app on your device. From here, just tap on Create Medical ID and enter the details, including date of birth, medical conditions, and allergies & reaction. You can also add a phone number to your medial ID by tapping on the button at the top
Step three: Once you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on add emergency contact
Step four: From the contacts lists, you simply tap on the contact you want to add to emergency SOS feature. On the next screen, select relationship and hit Done to complete the task.
How to remove an emergency contact in iOS 11
